Brand Asset Usage Guidelines

Ownership and Rights

All brand assets, including but not limited to product images, logos, marketing materials, and downloadable content (“Materials”), remain the exclusive property of Thompson & Redwood (T&R Nutrition). Access to these Materials is granted solely for the purpose of promoting and selling Thompson & Redwood (T&R Nutrition) products in an authorised capacity.

Permitted Use

Thompson and Redwood reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which the Thompson and Redwood web site is offered, including but not limited to the charges associated with the use of the Thompson and Redwood web site.

Links to third party sites

Authorised stockists may use the Materials only in their original, unaltered form for marketing and promotional purposes directly related to Thompson & Redwood (T&R Nutrition) products. Materials must not be used in connection with any other products, brands, or entities.

Prohibited Use
Stockists must not, under any circumstances:

  • Modify, edit, recolour, crop, distort, or otherwise alter any Material;
  • Add, remove, or overlay text, logos, or imagery;
  • Use the Materials in any misleading or defamatory manner; or
  • Distribute, sublicense, or make Materials available to any third party without written consent.

Approvals and Customisation

Any request for co-branded or modified Materials must be submitted to Thompson & Redwood (T&R Nutrition) for prior written approval. Unapproved modifications or derivative works are strictly prohibited.

Termination of Access

Thompson & Redwood (T&R Nutrition) reserves the right to withdraw access to the Materials at any time and to require the removal or destruction of any materials used in breach of these terms.

Legal Enforcement

Use of these Materials constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Any unauthorised use may result in legal action.
